About this Bake
These double chocolate cupcakes were for a friend's birthday. They were light and fluffy and incredible moreish! I always use the best quality cocoa powder for the richest flavour. Perfect with a pot of tea. Yum!
Top tip
Cocoa powder is a very dry ingredient so its worth adding a bit of extra moisture to your recipe, like whole milk, to keep it nice and moist!
