About this Bake
Made of three sponge layers, stacked and then carved into a dome shape. Ice with fondant icing and then shape the head out of fondant icing and decorate! Add finishing touches with feet, a tail, and then daisies and butterflies to make it girly!
Top tip
Shape the fondant icing head the day before so that it is set by the time you put the cake together.
