About this Bake
First attempt at a celebration cake for my dad's housewarming party. Bottom tier chocolate fudge with vanilla icing, top tier vanilla cake with white chocolate icing. Tastes excellent but need to work on presentation.
Top tip
Bake the cakes a week before and freeze. Same great taste, half the stress in the run up to the finished product.
