About this Bake
I used my go-to chocolate cake recipe, infused the sponge with coffee syrup and layered each sponge with white chocolate ganache frosting, coffee buttercream and shards of chocolate candies. The top is decorated with piped rosettes, tempered chocolate work and a selection of chocolates!
Top tip
Make a simple syrup with equal parts water and caster sugar. Infuse this with a flavour of your choice and brush onto each layer, for added flavour and a moist, fluffy texture.
