About this Bake
This cake has been the easiest, quickest and most fun and creative so far. I made up the design and made it for my best friend's birthday as a surprise!
Top tip
Spread your melted chocolate quickly onto greaseproof paper. If left too long it cools, bubbles and looks thick and crunchy/gets an elephant skin look. Dip your buttercream smoother into warm/hot water to get a smooth buttercream finish all over.
