About this Bake
It was my son's 8th birthday and asked for a Moshi monster cake. It's a chocolate cake with vanilla flavoured coloured balls of cake inside.
Top tip
My tip for adding icing sugar to butter without it poofing everywhere is to add a few big spoonfuls at a time and mash it in abit before turning the whisk on. I hate an icing cloud.
