About this Bake
I was asked to make this cake for a friend. It was my first carved cake of a face and I was really pleased with the outcome. I hope it inspires you!
Top tip
Bake a cake and carve the outline of the chosen face. Use icing to build up the face- cheeks etc then ice the cake as usual on top. Experiment on spare icing using different tools to create different textures for hair/ fabric etc.
