About this Bake
This cake was part of a Comic Relief bake sale for the RAF Officer Training Academy. It was a Red Nose-themed fudgy chocolate cake, with 14 handcrafted noses in fondant.
Top tip
I sat in the garage to mould the fondant, keeping everything (including myself) cold.
