About this Bake
This was a wedding cake made for some friends who are both doctors. They wanted a fun cake which could be part of the wedding rather than just to be looked at. The end result was that a buzzer sounded and light went off when the heart was removed!
Top tip
Always make sure you have all the ingredients before you begin baking! But also don't be afraid to play around with substitutes in recipes.
