About this Bake
Two gooey chocolate fudge cakes glued together with and coated with choc fudge buttercream.
Top tip
Chill the iced cake on the fridge until the buttercream just starts to crust. This stops the smarties sliding down the cake which they'll do if the icing is too soft.
