About this Bake
This was my entry for the London Iron Cupcake Competition in October and I won with this. It was a lime flavoured sponge, with a lime curd (slimer) filling and a marshmallow frosting.
Top tip
Use a food colouring pen rather than normal colouring with a paintbrush for the details on the marshmallow as normal colouring runs.
