About this Bake

I am new to bread baking, but this one was quite successful. I grow herbs in my garden, so this was perfect for my thyme, sage and rosemary.

Top tip

We do not have proving drawers and, living in Southern California, no heating system, so my house is rather chilly. I therefore turn my gas oven to 200°F, then turn it off and place my bread in there to prove. It often takes longer, but it's my workaround.
