About this Bake
This bake was a rainbow cake consisting of the colours red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple and pink covered in creme fraiche icing and covered in multicoloured smarties and M&Ms done for my brother's birthday.
Top tip
Make sure the oven is not too hot! Each cake layer is meant to be very small do not add any rising agent
