About this Bake
This is my mum's birthday cake. She absolutely loves my carrot cake and is addicted to nuts. That's why I packed my carrot cake with loads of nuts for her special occasion. The decoration is slightly different from what I usually do, but it turned out well.
Top tip
Add a mixture of different nuts to enhance the flavour profile.
