About this Bake

Ombré cake with rose swirls and edible pearls for a touch of class. The cake is triple layered and mirrors the colours on the decoration, I have used purple buttercream in between the layers and sugar paste for the white rose moulds.

Top tip

Use a little bit of grease on your hands when using sugarpaste. For the rose swirls I used Wilton 1M.
