About this Bake
A basic gingerbread house decorated with icing and chocolate buttons. On the back is a haunted tree. I used a die cutting machine to cut out greaseproof paper then used this as a template for cutting up rolled out icing.
Top tip
I hate ginger - but the gingerbread recipe works just as well without it and you can add alternative flavouring.
