About this Bake
This was my daughter's 6th birthday cake - the bottom layer is a 10", 3 layer plain sponge filled with jam and buttercream, the middle layer an 8", 3 layer chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream, and the castle on top is an iced cake dummy.
Top tip
Always give yourself plenty of time to decorate your cake - it always takes longer than you think!
