I've labelled these as hard because my first batch failed. During my second attempt, I sieved the almond flour twice to make sure all the lumps were out.
Top tip
Make sure you sieve the almond flour, icing sugar and cocoa powder, otherwise the macarons do not come out smooth. Keep the macarons small in size as they bake better.
