Bottom layer fruit cake, then Neapolitan same colours as bride and bridesmaids flowers followed by salted caramel then lemonchello, carrot cake and a spare of vanilla sandwich.
Top tip
When cooking cakes always line the tin so the cake crust won't go hard.
