About this Bake
I made this for my daughter's 16th birthday this month. She loves Rica the sloth at Marwell Zoo and the sloth is just perfect for my sleepy teenager. The cake is a vanilla Madeira cake filled and decorated with chocolate buttercream.
Top tip
No cake was wasted as the rise/circle was sliced off and used for the face and all other levelling crumbled with butter icing and used for modelling the arm.
