About this Bake
I made this cheesecake as a birthday treat for a friend of mine. It took me literally all day! I used fresh strawberries and a home made strawberry coulis to decorate it, as my friend HATES chocolate, which is what I would normally use. It was beautiful <3
Top tip
Baked cheesecakes need as much attention as a newborn baby! Make sure you do this when you have lots of free time!
