About this Bake

Made following week 1's Showstopper. Chocolate genoise sponge, fresh cream and dark cherry jam filling. Covered in whipped and poured ganache. Topped with kirsch truffle cherries.

Top tip

To bring butter to room temperature quickly cut it into large cubes and place in a bowl of water (from the cold tap) for 5-10 minutes.
