Investing in a Madeleine tray is the best way of getting identically sized buns. Alternatively, lots of very small cupcake papers if you can get hold of them!
Top tip
Chocolate ganache filling is dead easy to pipe in through the top! Don't over fill the tray and you'll get an even bake every time.
