Birthday cake for my husband. I had fun making it. It serves 20 people, so we gave some to our neighbours & grandparents.
Top tip
Make sure you have the right size tray to keep the size of the sponge nice and low. Also be careful when peeling the sponge off the greaseproof paper. Don't break it...
