About this Bake
This babka bread was such a fun bake! I’d never tried it before and it was the perfect bread for me to try. The swirl came out exactly how I wanted it (even though I sadly didn’t get any pictures of that - it was gone too soon!). Overall, it was actually a much simpler bake than I imagined.
Top tip
In the recipe I was following, it didn’t call for any vanilla to be added to the dough mixture; I’d definitely want to add some! Bake for about 20-25 minutes, half the time with aluminium foil over the top so it doesn’t burn or brown quickly.
