About this Bake
My bake is essentially an Easter chocolate experiment. There are three layers of chocolate sponge with a different type of miniature chocolate egg per layer. Each layer has a healthy helping of chocolate butter icing.
Top tip
Ensure the quantity of mixture is enough for three layers and covers each of the types of miniature egg...otherwise the chocolate shells could burn.
