About this Bake
These are my gluten-free brownies inspired by the Chocolate Week Signature Challenge. They are dark chocolate brownies with cherries and kirsch - a take on the Black Forest gateau.
Top tip
Leave brownies to set overnight in the fridge and cut with a hot knife to get a clean finish.
