This recipie comes from the Bake Off book and it's easy to follow and super delicious. I'm not sure why it's a 'breakfast' loaf! This baby was made this afternoon and won't be making it through till morning! Yum yum
Top tip
I used the dough hook on my kitchen aid to save kneading time and to allow me to make the kids supper at the same time.
