This is a five layer vanilla sponge with choc-hazelnut buttercream filling, covered in vanilla buttercream and decorated with nuts, a chocolate ganache drip and sparkly chocolate bark.
Top tip
Chill the buttercream between crumb coat and final coat to get it smooth.
