About this Bake

A three tier traditional sponge cake, layered with pink butter cream filling. A smooth, pink butter cream topping laced with coloured pearls and topped with a Hersheys milk chocolate ganache in a dripping effect. The cake is finished with a Hersheys bar carefully angled and held into the top.

Top tip

The Crumb Layer is most important for a smooth top layer! Be patient when letting the cake set & letting the ganache cool!
