About this Bake
A mixture of dusting powders and wet food colouring was used to create the varying colours along with a dusting powder colour called 'snowflake' - added a nice sparkle to the project.
Top tip
Practise, practise practise. The most difficult part of this cake was getting the face right. My biggest tip - don't colour the icing. Make the face with plain white, edible modelling paste and then apply food colouring with a fine paint brush once the paste has hardened.
