About this Bake
This is a coconut and lime sponge cake filled with white chocolate ganache. All the decorations are made of fondant (which tastes like bubble gum). This cake was inspired by my youngest son.
Top tip
The cake itself doesn't take much time to make, but you need time to let the decorations dry/set. Don't forget to have fun making the monkeys!
