About this Bake
My 11-year-old son, Robbie, had to make a model of a landscape in a shoebox for his geography homework. Inspired by his love of An Extra Slice, he asked his tutor if he could make the landscape in cake form. This is the result. It was great fun to make, but took longer than we thought it would.
Top tip
Make sure that your cake tins are big enough for the mixture!
