About this Bake
I made vanilla sponge cupcakes for a charity coffee morning. They had a drop of jam in the middle with buttercream piped around the edges of the cut halves of the cupcakes. The cakes were topped with daisy flowers made from modelling paste.
Top tip
Weigh the sugar, butter and flour to equal the same weight as your eggs.
