About this Bake
This was a pray run for a friend's son's birthday and is my first attempt at a shaped cake. I'm very pleased with it and it's given me the confidence to think about more exciting bakes!
Top tip
The recipe for the icing made enough to ice two cakes! I would make less icing next time.
