This lobster centrepiece is made out of a sweet dough and filled with an apple pie filling. The antennae and lettuce are made with pulled sugar!
Top tip
I always hand knead my dough. I love the way the texture changes as you knead it. I find that’s the best way to make sure you don’t overmix or undermix it!
