About this Bake

This cake is made from five tiers of vanilla Madeira. I covered an ice bucket with clingfilm, moulded the lip with modelling paste and attached it to the cake with edible glue. I mouldeded paste around the bottle, airbrushed it with a green colour and finished with spraying it with edible varnish.
