About this Bake
This has an Irish cream chocolate sponge and and a rum almond sponge. Between the layers is an espresso ganache, all wrapped in a cocoa and Irish cream marzipan.
Top tip
Make sure your sugar is well dissolved into your egg mixture or your marzipan can be a little gritty.
