About this Bake
My daughter loves cars so, for her 2nd birthday, I made her a car-themed cake. It was confetti cake filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, covered with vanilla buttercream and decorated with buttercream grass and a road and cars made from coloured fondant.
Top tip
When doing a large special bake, always allow yourself enough time so you're not rushing, even if that means doing it in stages over a few evenings.
