About this Bake
I have decided that every week I will make one bake to match what the Baker's are doing on the evening of the GBBO. It is really fun and great to eat it whilst Mary and Paul are judging the bakes.
Top tip
This is the first time I have baked a Black Forest Gateau and the crucial lesson I learnt was the importance of a good structure. Make sure you distribute the cherries well between each layer to prevent falling over.
