About this Bake
My little munchkin's first birthday cake. Top layer was vanilla sponge with choc buttercream, middle layer was double choc with choc fudge icing and bottom layer was plain sponge with jam and buttercream.
Top tip
Wrap soaked towel strips around the cake run to get an even rise.
