About this Bake
I'm a chef in a care home and my friend asked me to make her wedding cake with a swoop of butterflies. It's a fruit cake, vanilla Madeira and chocolate fudge tiered cake. I also did a cookie tree to match with the same butterflies. X
Top tip
In the summer heat I add a layer of marzipan on every tier to help get sharp edges.
