About this Bake
There is a 10", an 8" and a 6" half sphere madeira cake in this design. The bottom section is stencilled onto a two-tone sugar paste covered cake. The second is all sugar paste, and the top is made to look like the riding hat & crop. 100% edible.
Top tip
Plan first so you know what to do when! Bake the cakes the day before decorating and when baking the madeira sponge, place a shallow dish of water to keep the cakes moist.
