About this Bake
This cake was made for my six-year-old grandson's birthday. It was placed under foil and left in the bedroom overnight. I heard a noise about 4am and discovered the cake had completely collapsed. It was dripping down the duvet and there was a heap of jam, cream and icing on the floor!
Top tip
Don't put fondant icing on a frozen cake!
