About this Bake
I have created a red velvet cake with strawberry sugar syrup in the base of the cake. It's filled with strawberry double whipped cream. I have decorated the outside of the cake with a unicorn theme of colours, pretzels and strawberries with some sprinkles.
Top tip
After the cake is out the oven, let it cool down, then cut it into layers. Then use syrup to soften the cake.
