About this Bake
Needed to make a cake for a birthday bbq so lemon drizzle was my choice. Was going to make a lemon buttercream but no icing sugar. Had extra lemons left over so thought why not make lemon curd instead. Tasted amazing even if I am the baker.
Top tip
Always use more lemon curd tan you think.
