About this Bake
My cake is a three-layer vanilla sponge sandwiched together with buttercream icing and raspberry jam. I covered it in white vanilla icing, then added streaks of blue icing. I dripped some milk chocolate over the edge and finished up by using sprinkles to create a '70' on the top.
Top tip
Never give up. Always try again if something doesn’t go right. If you are beyond saving, you can always make some cake pops or another dessert.
