About this Bake
It is a vanilla and Hazelnut cupcake base, topped with Hazelnut Cream, and sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts and Flakes ;)
Top tip
Divide your roasted hazelnuts in 3. The nicest ones to stay whole to be used as decoration. Chop the remaining 2/3, then half that, and grind half for the cream, and keep half to sprinkle the cupcakes ;)
