Christine has 60 years of baking experience, having baked with her grandmother since she was a little girl. She’s a perfectionist and super-organised, and baking is her way of relaxing as she juggles family and work life.

She likes to put her twist on traditional bakes, and her favourite thing to bake is cake, especially occasion cakes where she can go to town with the different flavours and sugar paste.
