For Dessert Week, Steph’s bakes were just
And into first place she was once again thrust.
Her signature Eton Mess was anything but,
It was pretty and neat (with a lot of nuts).
Her technical verrines scored her third place
And a wide smile broke across her face.
The showstopper judging almost brought tears:
“It’s like you’ve been making bombes for years.”
Her chocolate and coffee the judges licked.
